I adore all the prints from Phthalo Ruth and ended up ordering the Mootini print. I accidentally forgot to add my apartment # to the shipping address and Fedex couldnt deliver my package, the customer support from Em was so amazing. She went out of her way to check and see if there was anything she could do from her end and she ended up getting it fixed and delivered the next day! So grateful for Em as well as my new print. Looks phenomenal in my living room, will be ordering many more!
