Founded in April 2022, Phthalo Ruth started as a passion project to supplement my full-time graphic design job. By sharing my whimsical illustrations and embracing a childlike approach to art, my instagram account grew rapidly and eventually lead to consistent sales. This success allowed me and my husband to leave our corporate jobs and together we've evolved into a six-figure business. As two individuals with an "I can do anything" mindset, we're now eager to build a team of self-starters who want to grow with us and contribute to our dynamic and expanding company. E-commerce Marketing Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will share our passion for creativity, adventure, and celebrating everyday moments of bliss. In this role, you will play a key role in driving growth and increasing conversions on our Shopify store through strategic marketing initiatives, SEO optimization, and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase conversions, drive sales, and optimize website performance on our Shopify store.
  • Conduct thorough SEO analysis to identify opportunities for optimization, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience.
  • Utilize Hotjar data and Google Pixel data to gain insights into user behavior, identify pain points, and inform website optimization efforts.
  • Design and execute email marketing funnels to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and drive sales, while analyzing campaign data to track performance and optimize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably within a Shopify environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with website optimization techniques, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) design.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable results and achieving targets.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
