We're looking for a freelance partner to expand our product line and dip our toe into the stationery world. The role will focus on sourcing and managing supplier relationships ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify reliable suppliers/manufacturers for products (stationery, textiles, home goods, etc.)
• Request and review product samples, ensuring quality matches expectations
• Communicate with suppliers about pricing, minimum order quantities, timelines, and customization options
• Provide clear summaries and recommendations for the best options based on quality, cost, and production needs
• Manage communication and follow-up throughout the sampling and production process

Ideal Experience:

• Background in product development, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Familiarity with MOQs, production timelines, and international supplier communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate product quality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

This is a freelance/contract role, project-based to start, with potential for ongoing collaboration as my product line grows.
